Mornings blog-peeps
Wasn’t the traffic absolutely fabulous this morning? I needed some me-time, so it worked out perfectly, sitting bumper to ass for 1:45 hrs. Had time to reflect on…uhm…sister that made me so naar yesterday, if she was close-by I would have freakin’ snot-klapped her to Dubai.
And boetie 2 would be short on her heels. No, maybe I’ll kick him to bleddie Cuba. Sure they can use him as a mule.
But my reflections came to a sudden halt when – as one does in b2b traffic – as I was looking around for some gorjuss (bored-like-me) hunks to ogle, I caught the eyes of this lovely young be-dreadlocked guy in a black GTI. Oooh, he so naais!!
So being shy, I looked away, but couldn’t resist and looked back coyly. His lips were moving and after a while I realised he was talking to me. DUH. Can one be so daft?
So I roll down my window (electric, neh) and as any gal would do, struck up a conversation
GTI-Guy: Mornings, how are you
Dizz: Oh, mightily fine now, and you?
GTI-Guy: Oh, I’m very well, thanks
Dizz now losing interest and starting to close window, just smiles stupidly
GTI-Guy waves again
Dizz: Yesssss?
GTI-Guy: There’s only one thing wrong with this morning
Dizz: O-kay. And that is?
GTI-Guy: I don’t have a girl friend. Do you have a BF?
Oh dear. They still make guys like these?
I must say, I was flattered. Still have a stoopid grin on my face
Yep, traffic was just dandy this morning
