Edit: Miss Chris gave quite an accurate description of what it means. 

I would like to add to this – it is when I’m so upset / gatvol / naar (of stupidity, bitching, moaning, propaganda, whatever) that I’m too speechless to even say anything. Hence “Jy/Dit Maak My Tiete Lam”

I have yet to find another expression that sums it up so nicely.
